Membership

Thriving Together Program is a no-cost membership program.

Members are encouraged and given access to the skills and support they need in order to move forward.

Members experience a sense of belonging, acceptance, and ownership. We walk this journey together to become a strong community. The program empowers our community through education and participation and renews personal dignity.
Eligibility

Members must live in Canby, Aurora, or Hubbard.

Members must commit to program requirements.*
Benefits
-
Groceries one (1) time each week valued at $150.
-
Clothing for the whole household one (1) time each week.
*Requirements

Complete one (1) hour of volunteer service at The Canby Center each month.

Attend a free finance class one (1) time within the first six months of signing up.

Do I live in the service area?
You are eligible to apply if your address is in Canby, Hubbard, or Aurora, or if your child is currently enrolled in the Canby School District.

There is a reason I think I might not be able to volunteer, am I not eligible for membership?

You have several options:

We can probably find something for you to do! We also understand that health and safety concerns can limit capacity and are committed to limiting barriers to access.

Volunteer exemption forms are available upon request.

Members can complete extra service hours on behalf of other members.
