Thriving Together 

The building expansion will triple our size by adding 11,000 sq. ft. of new construction and a remodel of our current 5,000 sq. ft. building. The result will be a dynamic and dignifying location for food distribution, educational programming, community partnerships, and much more!

The new and improved building creates opportunities to further invest in our neighbors and other communities. The Widening Impact component of the campaign will provide support for the Growing Together youth and family mentoring program, expand the impactful Thriving Together program, and offer support to nearby communities looking for solutions to empower their neighbors out of poverty.

The Canby Center is committed to Canby for the long-haul. The Thriving Legacy Fund secures ongoing maintenance and program expansion needs for years to come. Distinct from the campaign cash goal, a legacy fund of $750,000, at just 5% ROI, would draw $37,500 in interest per year. As the fund grows it will provide for maintenance needs such as one day replacing the roof of the facility we are building now.
