The Medical Coordination Team provides leadership in pulling together the medical people and equipment necessary to meet the clients’ basic health care needs within the scope of Canby Cares. They arrange for a vaccination unit to be available to vaccinate all children, in keeping with the Canby School District requirements. Objectives: • Medical volunteer recruitment
• Flow of attendees in regard to triage and medical records • Assemble necessary clinic equipment • Identify and collect prescription assistance • Set standards for type of services offered • Coordinate with referral organizations • Maintain medical record system • Coordinate with local medical services providers |
