The Facility Management Team manages the setup of the facility for use by the different teams and maintains the venue and grounds during the event. At the conclusion of the fair they will oversee the breakdown and clean up of the facility and grounds.

Objectives: 

• Communicates with all other coordinators to assess equipment needs
• Rounds and sets up tables, chairs and other equipment
• Manages set up and tear down organization
• Directs clean up crews.
