MISSION

We exist to demonstrate God's love by meeting basic needs that improve the social, mental, physical and spiritual condition of people in the Canby area.

We provide opportunities and a place for people to serve their community by helping others in tangible ways.

VALUES

We are called to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through practical outreach that demonstrates love to individuals and builds and strengthens Canby area families, drawing out our values from the wisdom of the Bible.

We help the hurting and heal the wounded, accepting people where they are while not condoning lifestyles contrary to the Scripture. "Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin." (John 8:11 NIV)

We enable compassionate people to develop their God-given gifts to reach unmet needs in our community.

We provide a place where those who do not participate in church or know Jesus Christ as Lord feel comfortable, while giving believers and opportunity to engage the non-Christian culture.

We create an environment where people can relate to each other, and through relationships, discover the person of Jesus Christ. We believe that relational evangelism is even more important than our social efforts.

We are an evangelical but non-denominational organization devoted to serving our community in "outside-the-church-box" ways.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative and complete Word of God.

We believe in the diety of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost until the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
